River Raisin Dance Academy is proud to call 11 Washington Street our new home. This beautifully renovated, three-story building blends historic charm with modern function, creating an inspiring environment for dancers of all ages and levels.
Our studios feature spacious, light-filled rooms with elegant arched windows, original architectural details. Each studio is thoughtfully designed to accommodate a wide range of dance styles, from classical ballet and pointe to jazz, tap, contemporary, and hip hop.
Students and families will find welcoming common areas, including comfortable waiting spaces, dressing rooms, and dedicated areas for student prep and downtime. The layout of the building allows for smooth transitions between classes and offers a professional yet nurturing environment where dancers can thrive.
